This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the Role 

We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Full-Stack Web Engineer (8+ years) to join our dynamic and innovative Web Team. You will lead the design and delivery of a new web application infrastructure built for high availability, scalability, and performance. This is a technical leadership role — you will own architecture decisions, drive engineering excellence, mentor peers, and deliver across the full stack from React frontends to Python/Node.js microservices on AWS. Hands-on development, code quality, and a test-driven mindset are central to this role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable full-stack web applications in an Agile environment.
• Build and enhance modern web solutions using React, Node.js, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and develop secure, high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, test automation, CI/CD practices, and operational reliability.
• Develop and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or GCP services.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into products where appropriate.
• Mentor engineers, establish development best practices, and collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Who You Are & What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale web applications.
• Expert proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, along with strong backend development experience in Python and/or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, API design, and scalable cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and modern engineering practices.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Experience with automated testing, code quality standards, and AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive technical initiatives across teams.
